Uses: Crushed Red Chili Flakes, Thyme, Mediterranean Oregano, California Garlic Powder, Tellicherry Black Pepper

Note: Mix the salt with ½ tsp each of oregano, thyme, garlic, black pepper, and chili flakes. This is our favorite method for roasting a chicken!
