Classic Roasted Chicken

Uses: Thyme, Mediterranean Oregano, California Garlic Powder, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Crushed Red Chili Flakes

Note: Mix the salt with ½ tsp each of oregano, thyme, garlic, black pepper, and chili flakes. This is our favorite method for roasting a chicken!

Classic Marinara Sauce

Uses: Mediterranean Oregano, Sweet Basil

Note: In addition to the dried oregano, we add ½ tsp dried basil instead of the fresh sprig.

Spinach & Mushroom Soup

Uses: Cumin, Kerinci Cinnamon, Thyme

Note: Sub ½ tsp dried thyme for fresh thyme. Allspice is optional!

Herbed Baked Eggs

Uses: Thyme, California Garlic Powder, Tellicherry Black Pepper
