Every order is subject to product availability. In the event any items are unavailable, our Customer Service team will reach out via email. Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Tracking information will be shared automatically once packages ship. Note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the USA (free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States; low flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Our standard shipping is sent via USPS and typically arrives within 4-6 days of order, though delivery times could be longer due to COVID. If you’re located outside the USA and are interested in Occo, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
